Awesome analysis. Any idea what cohort based churn rate looks like? I noticed report only shows how much they decreased churn by but I’m curious what the starting point is. Thank you!

They are holding those figures close for the time being. Here's how I look at it. Split actual churn from credit card issues. In Europe, it is illegal to reach out to clients when their credit card expires. Most of the churn is happening this way. It is not true churn, more of a timing issues, as when the client returns and books, they update their credit card issue and re-start the subscription. Actual churn is high single digits to low double digits. I would imagine that actual churn goes down as a sub ages, as you should know fairly soon if you like the program or not.
